SPEAKER_00Hey there, it's Darcy Sullivan from Propel Marketing and Design, and you're listening to the Clinic Marketing Podcast. Last week, I taught a live training called Fix Your AI Visibility Blind Spots, seven non-technical upgrades any clinic can do this week. And honestly, I knew it was going to be helpful, but I did not expect the responses that I received after. Within hours of wrapping up that live workshop, my inbox started filling up. I received emails from clinic owners who joined the training telling me thank you and how they felt like everything that we talked about was doable and that it made sense and that they really appreciated the training. That is when I knew I couldn't just let the training disappear. In fact, if you are a member of our Ready Set Rank DIY program, trainings like this are available to you for a lifetime within that program. But I also wanted to continue to allow this to be available to all clinics that could gain value from it. So I decided to make the replay available for everyone for a limited time. So if you missed that live training last week, you can still access it right now at propelyourcompany.com slash fix. But I'm not keeping it up forever. Now let's talk about why this training matters so much right now. And I am going to share with you one of the strategies from that training so that you can get a little preview of what you can learn inside that training. Because search has changed, and most clinics are still operating like it's 2018. We are no longer just trying to rank in Google's 10 blue links. Now, if that terminology, Google's 10 blue links, doesn't ring a bell, it references how it used to be that in Google on page one, there were 10 coveted spots in the organic section that everyone was after. But everything is changing due to AI. We are being interpreted by AI systems. You have Google's AI overviews, Google AI mode, Chat GPT, Grok Perplexity, Voice Search, assistants that are built into your phone and your cars. Patients are no longer just typing chiropractor near me. They are still searching that way, but they are also starting to ask, who treats chronic back pain in my area? Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy? Who in my area would be the best sports injury doctor near me? Who in my area who accepts my specific insurance offers a treatment plan for fill-in-the-blank? AI tools then scan the web and summarize answers. Here is what matters. AI does not guess. It pulls from patterns. It analyzes language. It looks at how clearly your website, your reviews, your Google Business Profile listing, that's what controls your Google Maps listing, what used to be called your Google My Business listing, explain what you do and who you are and what you offer. If your messaging is vague, you get skipped. If your reviews are generic, you get overlooked. If your location is unclear, you do not get recommended. That is the evolution we are currently in. Search is no longer just about keywords. They are so important, but it is also about clarity. Now, I'm not going to share all the strategies from that training in today's episode, but I did want to give you a little taste of what to expect when you sign up and how simple these strategies are. Now, there are hundreds of things you can do to improve your online presence, but I wanted to put together a very simple training that anyone could walk away with seven actionable things they could implement within a week to improve their online presence without coding, without complexity, and without any technical capabilities. Thus, I decided to call the training Fix Your AI Visibility Blind Spots seven non-technical upgrades any clinic can do this week. Now, one of the examples I shared in this training was about reviews, and I'd like to share that example with you today. Now, in the training, we get to look at images, right? As we go through the presentation, it's a lot clearer when I get to share my screen with you and we get to look at things together. But since this is purely audio, we're gonna go through it just by talking today. Here's what I want you to know: reviews are not just social proof anymore. They are training data for AI systems. Google and AI tools analyze review language to understand what conditions you treat, what results patients experience, what type of patients you help, whether your clinic is a good match for a specific search, and the more specific language, the better AI understands your expertise. Now here's where most clinics get it wrong. Most clinics ask for reviews, like, would you mind leaving us a review? That's polite, it's fine, and it's nice to be polite, and it's okay to be fine, but it usually produces results like great staff, highly recommended, love this place. That does absolutely nothing. I repeat, that does absolutely nothing to teach Google or AI anything about your business. Now, compare that to making this one simple shift. And when I taught this on the training, I said to everybody, do you feel like you can implement this today? And I the whole chat lit up with, heck yeah, yeah, I can do it. Sounds easy, I'm on it. Are you ready? What I want you to do is switch from asking, would you mind leaving us a review to asking guided questions like what brought you in and how was your experience? There are a couple other variations of this. You could say, what symptoms were you dealing with before starting care? And again, there are a couple other variations, but really my favorite is what brought you in and how was your experience? And then when you ask questions this way, you'll see your reviews start to shift. So they'll shift away from those vague, great staff, highly recommend this place, love this place, to reviews that actually showcase the conditions that your patients suffer from, the services or the modalities that you offer that they came in to see, and usually additional keywords. So, in the example of a chiropractor, you might receive a response like, I came in because I had sciatic pain, I got a chiropractic adjustment and felt better. Or I was suffering from elbow pain, I came in for shockwave therapy, and I left feeling better. Now, those responses are amazing for training AI and Google to analyze your business the right way. They're going to showcase what conditions you treat, what type of patients you help, and what results people experience. This one small shift in how you ask for reviews can dramatically improve how clearly your clinic is understood online. It's simple, it's not complicated, it's not technical, but man, oh man, is it powerful. And that is what I want the entire training that I put together last week to be built around. Nothing that's overwhelming. In fact, we don't go into too much about SEO theory at all. No massive website rebuilds, but specific updates to help Google and AI clearly understand who you help, what you treat, where you're located, and why someone should choose you. Here's what I want you to understand. If your website traffic feels flat, if your rankings feel inconsistent, if you feel like you're quote unquote doing SEO but not seeing traction, there's a very high chance you don't need more marketing, you need more clarity. That is what this training addresses. And because of the responses that I received after teaching this live, I opened the replay for a limited time. If you want access, you can simply go to propelyourcompany.com slash fix. Watch it, take notes. In fact, I've even included an amazing downloadable that goes along with the training that's on the training replay page called AI Visibility Blind Spots Checklist. It's a step-by-step audit for clinics. Use this checklist to identify where your clinic may be invisible in Google, in Google Maps, and AI-driven searches. Implement one thing, then implement another. But don't do not wait too long. The replay isn't up forever, search is quickly evolving, your competition is probably gonna go watch it. AI is influencing how clinics get discovered, and the clinics that adapt early will have such a significant advantage. Again, you can get limited time access at propelyourcompany.com slash fix. And if you've been meaning to clean up your visibility, this is your starting point. Go watch it and I will see you inside. Again, for a limited time, you can grab that training at propelyourcompany.comslash fix. I'll talk with you soon.
